1) Electronic Invoicing Instructions - The current national emergency has resulted in a change to NIH’s invoice submission process.
2) An Acquisition Plan is required for all task orders with a total value (incl. options) greater than $250,000.

The resources and tools available here will help customers across all ICs address business and professional support services requirements efficiently and effectively.

Agencies outside of the NIH will need to pay a 1% assessment to use NIHBPSS III and an additional 2% for an assisted order. Details are included in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the Resources tab.
